2. Custom Orders, Apparel & 3D-Printed Items

  • Product Descriptions & Colors: We strive to display the colors, details, and finish of our apparel, embroidery, and 3D-printed goods as accurately as possible. However, monitor displays vary, and actual product colors or minor surface characteristics (particularly on custom 3D-printed items) may differ slightly from digital representations.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Goods: Because custom apparel and 3D-printed items are made specifically to order, once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Customer-Provided Content: If you submit artwork, logos, text, or designs for custom printing or embroidery:

    • You represent and warrant that you own or have the proper permissions/licenses to use the submitted intellectual property.

    • We reserve the right to reject any custom request that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or contains hate speech, obscenity, or harmful content.

3. Pricing, Payments & Order Modifications

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Errors & Refusals: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was placed.

  • Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Custom embroidered goods and 3D-printed products require processing and creation time prior to shipment. Estimated production times provided are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Shipping risks, delays, or lost packages caused by third-party delivery carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are beyond our direct control. However, please contact us if you experience delivery issues, and we will assist where possible.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom & Personalized Items: All sales are final on custom-made, personalized apparel, custom embroidery, and specialized 3D prints unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to our error.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D model renderings, artwork, and software—is the property of Inspired by Gray or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
